This UX case study focuses on the design of a Forex Tamil trading application, aimed at helping Tamil-speaking users learn and practice forex trading in a simple, accessible, and trustworthy way. The goal of the project was to remove the barriers of complexity and language that users usually face in existing trading platforms.

The study includes the development of two user personas representing beginner-level Tamil users who want to enter forex trading but struggle with English-based apps and confusing dashboards. Their user journeys were mapped to ensure that the application would provide step-by-step guidance, from learning the basics to executing trades confidently.

The design process involved wireframing, prototyping with target users. This iterative approach led to the creation of a high-fidelity user interface design that is both user-friendly and localized in Tamil. Accessibility considerations were also applied to make sure the app is inclusive and usable for all kinds of users, especially beginners. Overall, the project aims to deliver a user-centered, Tamil-first trading app that simplifies forex trading and builds trust among new traders.
